Join CPN on the golf course Thursday, September 24th at Sapona Golf Club. 

Registration opens at 9:00 AM and tournament is a shotgun start at 10:00 AM. 

• Plan to arrive at the course 30 mins early to get registered, purchase raffle tickets, or practice at the driving range. 
• Tournament format is captains’ choice. 
• A Boxed Lunch will be provided to all golfers. 
• Participate in the CPN raffle for a chance to win great prizes 
• Tournament prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd will be awarded during reception at the conclusion of the tournament. Prizes will also be awarded for Putting Contest, Longest Drive & Closest to the Pin. 
• Don’t miss the awards reception at conclusion of play where the raffle winners will also be drawn.
